ADMINISTRATION FELLOWSHIP

Our one year administration program is a non-ACGME fellowship that provides training in administrative tasks in a variety of settings, including operations, risk management, quality improvement, and finances. This fellowship is ideally suited for those who wish to become leaders in emergency medicine.

Involvement in various hospital committees, including quality improvement, informatics, hospital administration, operations, stroke, and sepsis
A longitudinal research project to be submitted for abstraction presentation and peer-reviewed publication
Morbidity & Mortality case coordination and research
Curriculum with readings and lectures with an emphasis on leadership education
Participate in patient satisfaction initiatives
Active involvement in clinical teaching and didactics
72 hours/month clinical shifts
